At Northwest Administrators, providing exceptional client service is our #1 goal. Our Account Executives (AEs) are a key component in achieving that goal. In order to be successful, each AE has the tools necessary, in addition to a modest client base, to ensure client relationships are "high touch" and receive the attention they deserve.


A successful candidate for an AE role is responsible for the following:


  • Serve as the liaison between all stakeholders in the AE's assigned client base
  • Ensure the benefit plans meet all compliance requirements
  • As the liaison, work with internal operational units to resolve issues timely and effectively
  • Coordinate and provide oversite for administrative tasks, including client meetings
  • Assist with the development of all benefit plan documents
  • Oversee and report on the benefit plan financial statements
  • Support benefit plan-related audits and or other compliance-related matters
  • Maintain an ongoing review of all official client policies and documents
  • Lead all benefit appeal activities


Who you are...


  • Educated. A degree or equivalent combination of education and industry-related experience
  • Communicator. Outstanding verbal, written and professional interpersonal skills
  • Experienced. 7+ years of client relationship experience in benefit administration
  • Knowledgeable. Understanding of ERISA and multi-employer benefit plan administration
  • Organized. Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Technically Savvy. Strong MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Travel. Ability to travel, which may include overnight stays
