About the role:
At Landed, we believe you start with building world-class teams and everything else falls from there. As Landed grows, we're also growing our Technical Talent. This includes Landed's Product and Engineering who developt customer-centric products that bring efficiency and simplicity to the Landed process. We're looking for a teammate to join us who is dedicated to helping us bring the best talent to our current Product and Engineering teams. Our ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated and detail-oriented with experience.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will:
- Build strong pipelines: A top priority at Landed is to continue building a diverse, brilliant, passionate team. This starts with the cultivation of a fantastic talent pipeline. As the company continues to grow, and internal needs continue to evolve, we need you to drive creating "the bench" of talented, diverse people who want to work with us.
- Close Open Technical Roles: You will help hiring managers build great teams so they can bring their vision to life. You will support sourcing role-specific talent and shepherding them through the hiring process.
- Develop our Recruiting System: You will develop Landed's applicant tracking system and associated processes. You will advise the Talent Team on how to design an incentive compensation system for future internal recruiters.
- Improve Hiring ROI: Even though hiring top talent is priority number one, it's obviously not the only thing team leads are doing on a daily basis. Landed's various hiring managers need your help optimizing their time spent on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Drive strategy. You will be the teammate always thinking about how we attract, retain and develop the humans who make Landed what it is. Beyond recruiting, you should be capable and excited to push our team to improve interviewing, on-boarding, professional development, team culture, and internal communications strategy.
We'd be excited if you:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting
- Have former experience at a start-up
- Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
- Experience with candidate care and balancing process with candidate experience
- Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
- Possess a high level of empathy and effective, inclusive communication skillsFervently believe that great talent is the foundation for any company's growth and success
- Prioritize a seamless, remarkable candidate experience and serving the needs of the business and its leaders
- Think critically, adapt easily to changing priorities, optimize their own time and enjoy collaborating
- Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
- Are naturally curious, continuously learning, and reflecting on their own growth
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans
This is a full-time, exempt role based in San Francisco, CA, with meaningful equity at a high-profile, Series A startup.
