The Job
As a Recruiter at Kelvin, you will own the full-cycle recruiting experience; from talent sourcing and attracting candidates, to hiring great employees. You will ensure Kelvin attracts, hires and retains the best and right employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. At Kelvin, your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process on a global scale.
- Work closely with department managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Manage job posting and advertising processes.
- Screen applicants and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Identify, recommend and implement compensation benchmark initiatives and other incentives.
- Attend job fairs/virtual hiring events and stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process at a Tech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Finding talent and hiring in different countries around the world.
- Being a previous recruiter in a PaaS/SaaS company and having that industry knowledge.
- Working at a startup.
- BambooHR.
