WanderJaunt is creating the technical platform and the operating infrastructure for the dynamic utilization of all forms of residential real estate. We provide seamless experiences for our guests and end-to-end property management services for our partners. Our full stack approach enables us to support operations for single-family homes, converted shipping containers, multifamily properties, and everything in between. Our Design teams express our brand promise and sense of style in each market and unit, and our thoughtful, supportive Customer Care team ensures that every guest is noticed and heard. Our Housekeeping and Quality teams ensure every single property is ready to delight guests - whether they're staying with us for a night, a year and everything in between. Behind the scenes, we leverage our Engineering, Product, and Data Science talent to scale our ability to deliver great experiences over and over again.

Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a technical recruiter to help us create and maintain the engine that powers incredible guest experiences across a network of short-term rentals.

As the first recruiting hire, you'll be helping us build every part of our process. Below are a few of the responsibilities:

* Partner with founders to understand company hiring roadmap, and develop/execute effective recruiting strategies to support company growth.
* Generate robust candidate pipeline for technical (and some non-technical) roles through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach strategies including: personal network, events, LinkedIn/Github/Quora, social media, blogs, research, and on-campus events where appropriate.
* Manage full life-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a superior candidate experience.
* Selection and implementation of applicant tracking system and industry-leading recruiting tools and software.
* Develop effective employment branding strategies for the company, including the creation of recruiting marketing collateral, job descriptions, and management of the company careers page.
* Build and implement an efficient, scalable recruiting process for the organization.

Job Responsibilities

* Own full-cycle recruiting process to hire top talent and help achieve company recruiting goals.
* Craft a winning talent strategy that leverages our team, brand, and product.
* Implement interview processes that are effective, delightful, and memorable.
* Source excellent candidates with outreach, referrals, events, content, and your own creative means.
* Embed on engineering, product and data science teams and partner with hiring managers to solve complex hiring challenges.
* Manage a robust candidate pipeline with metrics, funnel analysis, and continual improvement.
* Build relationships with passive candidates; screen active candidates for culture.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Successful pipeline management using an ATS (Greenhouse or similar)
* Outstanding organizational + communication skills
* You go the extra mile for candidates and for your team. You're always thinking of new ways to put smiles on peoples' faces.
