Your Impact
Anaplan is looking for an experienced, analytical, and creative solutions and strategic technology alliances executive who can take ownership for our solutions strategy, architecture and build across our core solution areas as well as ownership of our technology partner portfolio strategy, planning and relationships to drive business outcomes for the company.
This individual must drive solution product management, architecture, and engineering, create, and sustain strategic tech partner relationships, align, and coordinate with go-to-market teams to accelerate new business and create focus for solutions built on top of Anaplan's connected planning platform, partner technology and by teams within and outside Anaplan.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of product and solutions leadership in SaaS, an eye for business, an ability to envision and capture new market opportunities, knowledge of the cloud and SaaS technology ecosystem, and the executive presence to collaborate with many partners and C-suite executives to grow the business.
What's Expected of You?
- Executive ownership within the Chief Product Officer organization for Solutions Strategy, Solutions Architecture, Solutions Development and Technology partnerships.
- Define and evolve company solutions strategy, drive requirements for pre-built solutions and accelerated time-to-value for customers across all of Anaplan's core solution areas in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.
- Build and drive strategy, business plan and execution with strategic technology partners in public cloud, SaaS ecosystem, and platform adjacencies that include creating joint business plans, negotiating partnership contracts, building joint solutions, integrations, and clearly defined go-to-market initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Manage solution architecture and development teams that will support our overall solutions and tech partnership strategies.
- Coordinate and align with go-to-market teams such as solutions marketing, field marketing, alliance partnerships, pre-sales, and sales leadership to enhance the value delivered by core and tech partner solutions.
- Work with platform product management leadership and product managers to define requirements for platform features that support the solutions strategy.
- 15+ plus years in Enterprise SaaS companies in senior roles in product management, or solutions product management. Additional experience in partnership roles in SaaS companies a plus. Experience leading partnerships with AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow or similar technology firms is highly desirable.
- BA/BS is required, MBA desired.
- Track record of leading activities related to establishing and growing business as a product, solutions, and technology ecosystem leader.
- Ability to articulate joint value propositions, benefits and use cases, and manage initiatives from incubation through scale.
- Impressive executive demeanor, extreme customer focus and achievement driven.
- True team orientation and collaborative approach.
- Outstanding listening skills, and deep ability to coordinate feedback from varying key and the ability to work with Anaplan and partners' senior leaders.
- Exceptional critical thinking, negotiation, and program execution skills.
