Job description

Challenger Schools has an immediate need for a Lead Recruiter.

This position is responsible for staffing Teacher positions (for our 10 campuses in the Bay area) and Leadership roles across our 27 campus, 5 state operation. Our central HR function will provide significant support in the sourcing process (You'll get tons of input into that) and you will prescreen, screen, interview and move folks along for final review by our campus / corporate staff.

This Recruiter will play a huge part in the success of our California region and all of the campuses there. Residing in San Jose, the position reports to the Head of HR in Salt Lake City, so self management & direction is a must! Position responsibilities can / will be expanded with strong performance.
