The Opportunity

This role is responsible for supporting the Investor Relations and senior finance teams-create IR reports and presentations, peer analyses and benchmarks, financial modeling and valuation analysis, coordinate meetings and events, and review investment reports. This individual will work closely with Adobe's executives, finance, product, legal and marketing teams. The ability to partner across every level at Adobe is critical to the success of this role. Promoting the highest levels of integrity to all of our partners is also key. In addition to continually building and maintaining trust with management and the investment community.

What You'll Do

* Help prepare presentations, periodic stock price/trading and valuation reports, including IR newsletters
* Analyze and prepare peer earnings and analyst day reports, briefing materials for investor meetings and events, benchmarks and other pertinent market/company reports for IR or leadership
* Review and summarize investment reports prepared by sell side analysts and shareholder lists
* Collect, track and communicate changes in analyst consensus information and investor sentiment
* Prepare and update financial models
* Collaborate with other finance departments to draft detailed responses to questions in the IR mailbox
* Work with sell-side analysts and investors regarding meeting attendees and agendas
* Coordinate logistics and materials for earnings, analyst day, conferences, bus tours, NDR, and other events
* Manage and update IR events and marketing activities in the IR relationship database
* Manage and maintain the investor relations website
* Assist with related special projects
* Take detailed notes during investor calls/meetings and upload into IR relationship database

What you need to succeed

* 2+ years of experience in finance, investment management or research, investment banking, capital markets, or other industry-related work experience, ideally in the technology sector.
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience.
* Strong understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts/techniques used by analysts and investors
* Excellent administrative and communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to handle multiple priorities while remaining detail oriented under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
* Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
* Self-starter, energetic, flexible, resourceful team player with a sense for urgency, driven by intellectual curiosity and a desire for operational excellence
* Ability to understand Adobe's products, markets, customers, partners, vision/strategy, customer challenges, and the "Adobe story" as well as Adobe's financial model, financial terms e.g. ARR, RPO, etc.
* Experience and understanding of the SaaS business model, including understanding of software and technology industry market trends, terminology and business models.
