Infosys is seeking aLead Consultant :As a Lead Consultant, you will be a leading a team of SMEs, Business Analysts in a consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will identify and define L0, L1, L2 processes, design business architecture, create roadmap and help delivery team in implementing the capabilities. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.Required Qualifications:At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of San Jose, CA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Preferred Qualifications:At least 4 years of overall experience in Business Analysis, Program Management and Business Process ConsultingExperience in subscription business models (SaaS, Anything as a Service, Servatization, Recurring Revenue, Cloud, Bundled offers) Understanding of Salesforce, Zuora, Oracle Subscription Cloud, SAP BRIM or any other platform which enables subscription business modelsSound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologiesServe as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teamsGood communication, great collaboration, and customer service skillsAbility to work independently, exercise good judgmentSolid organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projectsStrong Business acumen to understand the business context, work with ambiguous problem statements, quickly understand business goals and work with users to deliver business requirementsExperience in handling business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, noting meeting minutes, and other organizational skillsThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
