Job description

Description:

• Conduct inspections on chassis for rackmount applications.
• Inspect all sub-assembly (motherboards, cable/harness, hard drives, etc.) and finished products to ensure all products assembled are up to quality standards.
• Verifies parts used are correct to BOM and Print Document and record inspection results and findings in applicable data sheets, forms, and records.
• Assist in preparing and developing inspection instructions and procedures. Ensure timely completion of inspections per department goals and objectives.
• Reviews and approves solutions or refers unacceptable responses to the Quality Supervisor for further action.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist or cover other QC inspector shifts as needed.
• Responsible for keeping the work area clean, safe and organized.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn the organization's production processes.
  

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two to Three years of related experience.
