Description:

· As Marketing Ops Specialist on the Enterprise Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for supporting the demand strategists and planners in executing marketing programs across our enterprise business.

· The Marketing Coordinator will partner closely with the strategy team to provide seamless development, deployment and execution of email campaigns, webinars, demand creative and more.

· Experience in developing and documenting process, cross-functional project management is required. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, self-motivated, overly communicative and a team player.

Duties:

· Subject matter expert in Marketo technology and apply it to business processes for optimum use of the solution.

· Develop, deploy, optimize a range of landing pages and email campaigns

· Provide business and technical solutions to help optimize use of solution.

· Maintain ownership of issues and Accounts until resolution, drive other teams as needed and set expectations

· Perform problem characterization, reproduction, diagnosis, and root cause analysis

· Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base

· Support day-to-day execution of marketing programs and campaigns such as- Managing the scheduling and QA of email campaigns

· Support list and database requests as needed

· Project managing live webinars including schedules, presentation preparation, webinar production, etc.

· Manage projects in WorkFront and mind project milestones

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to track projects and update Demand Strategists with status

· Manage relationship with internal creative team and external creative agencies on demand gen marketing programs by email, direct mail, webinars, etc.

· Write and develop creative briefs for creative kick-offs

· Develop and document processes for Salesforce campaign creation, webinar production, email campaign requests, etc.

· Deliver demand assets to cross-functional teams, Search, Social, Web Help to drive implementation of optimization of nurture programs with vendor and agency partners

· Takes initiative to drive problem resolution at the project level Identifies opportunities for optimization within the overall project execution process

Requirements:

· B.E, B.Tech, MCA Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent degree from a recognized university

· 4-5 years of experience in building campaigns with Marketo Automation tools

· Knowledge of Marketo core concepts

· Experience building programs, emails, workflows, and other integral marketing automation functions

· Understanding of different types of reporting in Marketo

· Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge and web editing experience

· Be aware and use of all Email Marketing concepts and best practices

· Marketo Associate or Expert Certification will be plus

· Hands-on Experience with programming and scripting languages, web services, relational database, REST APIs

· Experience with Marketo and CRM systems Integration will be added advantage

· Should have a deep understanding of Account Based Marketing and how it should be leveraged to achieve the requirements of the role.

· Good to have technical knowledge in the following areas: o Transact SQL o Programming Languages (C#, JAVA etc) o Scripting knowledge (Java script, Python, VB Script etc.,)

· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Role requires significant interaction with partners, BU Heads and other stake holders)

· Ability to work with limited supervision in understanding the goals and addressing issues as needed.

· Solid understanding of key methodologies to drive growth across the marketing funnel.

· Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing insights & recommendations

· High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly

· Experience with working with a marketing or demand generation team is a plus.

· Familiarity with Salesforce and WorkFront is a plus.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships within team.

· Excellent program management skills and attention to detail.

· Being able to rapidly adapt and respond to changing requests/priorities.

· Strong communication and problem solving skills.

· Highly collaborative work style. Positive, upbeat attitude.

· Flexible to support the team and engagement during holidays, weekends or as per need of the engagement.
