The Role:In this position, the Recruiting Database Administrator Senior Associate will manage the technical functions of the firm's ATS (iCIMS). They will work in our ATS to manage candidate data, design and generate reports, answer questions of end users, troubleshoot problems, document procedures, and continuously look for new ways to automate processes. This individual will aide in maintaining data integrity and being the point of contact with the ATS provider for escalating issues and communicating product updates with the internal team.
The Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Knowledge of and at least 2 years of experience with iC IMS preferred or other ATS
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- A systems thinker with a process orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks independently from start to finish
- Professional demeanor
- Self-starter with the initiative to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
