This Recruiting Coordinator Position Features:

Immediate need for bilingual (English/Mandarin Chinese Recruiting Coordinator seeking next step in one's career.
Responsibilities:
• Handle interview scheduling, reserve conference rooms, and debrief meetings with recruiters, managers, and interview teams in a fast-paced environment
• Provide high touch care keeping interviews on track, responding to questions professionally and timely, and assisting/coordinating candidate/ manager need
• Ensure candidate records are complete and the recruitment process is accurately tracked and closed out.
• Follow up on feedback from interview panels
• Provide timely reports and collaborate with Client's HQ HR on hiring process
• Conduct reference check, background check, and follow up
• Other HR duties assigned by the manager.
Skills:
• Experience with LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A positive "can-do " attitude.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate.
• Outgoing personality, engaged, creative and organized.
Additional Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of Ontario Labor Law and Practices in Hi-Tech environment is preferred, not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to be professional
• In-depth competency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
