Who You Are
The Digital Experience (DX) team seeks an experienced Sales Cloud admin to collect core requirements, coordinate stakeholders, manage cross-functional implementation timelines with IT teams, oversee end-to-end troubleshooting, and provide training and support to business stakeholders.
This consultative role will evaluate business problems and provide platform solutions to help drive highly personalized, connected experiences that enable the DX team and cross-functional support teams to guide the right customers, at the right time, with the right information in a way that results in increased technology adoption, bookings, retention and ultimately, success for customers and partners.
This person will work with teams across DX to evaluate how Sales Cloud can come together with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Snowflake, and internal systems to create a cohesive customer and partner experience. They will gather, document, and manage technical requirements to enable cross-team collaboration to achieve this vision.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate between Salesforce IT, data engineering, technical leads, and business stakeholders to deliver business requirements and implementation enhancements
- Provide consultative platform expertise to drive the optimal solution
- Evaluate requirements and ensure they adhere to cross-platform and architecture standards
- Identify and document clear technical requirements and workflows
- Develop critical Salesforce reports as needed for business objectives and troubleshooting
- Provide clear communication to ensure timelines are met and stakeholders are informed
- Conduct end-to-end troubleshooting to support global teams within Sales Cloud and in collaboration with our data engineering and Salesforce Marketing Cloud teams
- Document processes on Confluence and conduct training across team members
We are seeking high-energy and qualified candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of experience using Salesforce.com required
- SQL experience required
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and related products like Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Community Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, or other selling and customer success platforms preferred
- Jira, Confluence, Rally, and Aha experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership, logic, writing and presentation skills
