We are currently in search of a full-time Construction Trainer for our internal Talent Development Team. Our company headquarters are in Santa Ana, CA, however, this position can be 100% remote.

Objectives

* Train new hires how to manage projects using our processes and technologies
* Coach and train existing team members on methods on new products, procedures & efficiencies
* Promote unity across all departments at System Pavers through training & leading by example
* Deliver effective training programs for construction professionals via online classroom training, webinars, and our learning management system
* Improve the performance of new and existing employees by ensuring they have access to the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their goals
* Promote unity across all departments at System Pavers through training & leading by example

Responsibilities

* Create a professional online training environment
* Become a Subject Matter Expert on our Construction Approach
* Train new and existing Project Managers & Construction Managers
* Follow lesson plans and agendas
* Lead online coaching sessions
* Administer and keep accurate trainee records
* Assist team in creating physical & digital educational materials as needed
* Use & assist others with online conference technologies and be able to help others troubleshoot
* Train sub-contractors & crews on location using SP installation standards
* Build product knowledge & acquire additional construction, management & leadership skills
* Be part of the team! Work effectively both independently as a critical part of our team.

Qualifications

* Have previous construction experience
* Manage and adapt to different personalities and learning styles
* Multi-task and to be flexible/adjustable with a Positive Mental Attitude
* Uphold Team values: Excellence, Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration & Creativity
* Travel occasionally (0 - 25%)
