Impact


We are looking to hire an Institutional Sales Executive. This individual will mentor junior-level sales roles & collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to ensure that sales strategy is on pace & aligned with current business needs and strategy. This role will be responsible for consistently achieving & exceeding quota, constantly generating new leads, and more.


Responsibilities


  • Consistently achieve & exceed quotas
  • Open & build new relationships with prospective clients
  • Demonstrate creative, strategic, & effective approaches to sales techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with senior sales leadership in order to maintain a clear & effective sales plan that aligns with business needs
  • Act in a mentorship capacity for Institutional Sales Associate role


Requirements


  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to demonstrate growth in handling large complex clients
  • Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Experience at a crypto/traditional venture capital fund, trading firm, hedge fund, fintech, or bank
  • Background in equity trading
  • An extreme passion for the crypto space
