The Senior Recruiting Specialist is a full time role Monday to Friday reporting to the Managing Partner. This role could be on-site or remote. If remote, we would expect you to travel (at company's expense) to the Burlingame, CA office for training and then at least monthly thereafter.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Senior Recruiting Specialist is responsible for the sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates across the organization, including Care Managers, Hummingbird Activity Specialists, and Recruiting and Personnel Managers as well as Office and Administrative team members.
- Build awareness and interest from potential candidates through advertising, word of mouth and referral programs
- Interview candidates to determine experience and fit against the Company's stated requirements
- Shepherd candidates through successive rounds of interviews to include appropriate Company team members
- Maintain detailed database of new candidates, status of each in interview process, and tracking of required follow up in Jobvite
- Evaluate candidate suitability
- Provide candidates compelling understanding of Sage values and culture
- Deliver weekly reporting metrics on recruiting funnel
Qualifications
- Proficiency in all functions of Jobvite or similar ATS
- Detail oriented and able to keep track of many ongoing tasks for follow up
- Good judge of character in others
- Outgoing in approach to building awareness and attracting significant numbers of candidates
- Self-directing with the ability to work independently.
- Must have a current and valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation
Compensation for this role falls in the range of $45 to $55 per hour based on a 40 hour work week. This position qualifies for healthcare benefits.
Collaborative Team Environment
This position reports to the Managing Partner and does not directly supervise any employees. This role has management responsibility for outside contractors engaged in sourcing candidates. This Senior Recruiting Specialist participates in a team driven and collaborative relationship with other recruiters as well as Company leadership.
