Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Network Administrator, Sr/Lead (Site Administration/Ops Support) to join our team in the Camp Roberts, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- As a key member of the on-site team, providing consultative, advisory, and contributor services.
- Assisting in the execution of operations support.
- Promoting a performance-based, personnel-centered environment allowing for professional and personal growth of all team members while delivering exceptional results to the customers.
Strategic:
- Driving consistency across all operations and be a conduit to provide value to the customer. Supporting Army's Enterprise IT as-a-Service (EITaaS) operations.
- Proactively measure and monitor our support level and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to operate more efficiently and effectively.
Tactical Day-to-Day responsibilities:
- Acting as an escalation point for the customer, and internal team members.
- Providing user access to EITaaS network and applications.
- Providing Tier 1 Infrastructure Monitoring and Management.
- Providing Tier 1 Security Operations (SOC).
Tactical Daily / Weekly / Monthly responsibilities:
- Monitoring service desk volume and tickets.
- Handling communications on any major IT issues/alerts.
- Providing quality control of support responses for end user support and infrastructure management.
Compliance:
- Providing User Access (MACD Management)
- Providing Application, Network, and Systems Security (SOC Operations)
- Handling Asset Management (both UC hardware and software)
- Working with EITaaS CNOSC Security Manager and Army client to ensure applicable controls, compliance and regulations pertaining to information security are identified and adhered to.
- Establishing and managing key performance indicators (KPI).
- Establishing and managing service level agreements (SLA) and standard operating procedures (SOP)s.
- Managing and monitoring new system rollouts.
- Ensuring the appropriate change management procedures are adhered to.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have at least 7 years of directly related experience and a Bachelor's degree. 5 years of additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- IAT II level certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
- Experience managing end user support and infrastructure management.
Possess a knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to:
- Microsoft platform/technologies
- Network services
- O365
- Skype
- Remedy/ServiceNow
- ITIL
- Server/Storage/Backup Platforms
- Extensive Telecom; Network Design and Installation
- Circuits
- Routers/Switches; Install/Configure and Troubleshoot
- Access Points
- Must be proficient in Void Technologies
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance, eligible for a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Drug Screening may be required before starting in this position.
Location: Camp Roberts, CA
Shift: Standard Daytime hours; 40 hours/week with surge support as required to support the mission.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office
- The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
