Job description

Description Our client is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who would be apart of the Learning products team and would be responsible for assisting with product deployment, support, and analytics for Learning products in their organization.

Responsibilities: Responsible for system administration, including functionality configuration, system notifications, security, and access Responsible for content administration, including creating and managing content Responsible for developing complex non-standard/ custom reports and ad hoc analysis requests for stakeholders Responsible for report creation, distribution, and maintenance of reports Collaborates with other RH IT teams on support issues when needed Responsible for identification, documentation, and training of support teams on Level 1 support issues Responsible for resolution of escalated support tickets and collaborates with other RH IT teams when needed Provides support with technical integrations and vendor escalations and resolutions, as needed Assists with research, requirements gathering, and use cases development Assists with research and discovery of appropriate solutions to ensure they are appropriate for the short and long-term business needs Assists with design, development, testing (UAT & QA coordination), and deployment of new products or functionality Assists with vendor escalations and resolutions, as needed Requirements Qualifications: Up to 2 years business systems analyst experience required, preferably in the Learning space Bachelor's Degree, MIS or related area preferred Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office suite - Excel, Visio, presentation software, as well as databases Subject matter knowledge in Learning technology and industry trends is a plus Ability to communicate complex technical information to less technical users and in-depth business processes to technical resources Ability to support and coordinate technical integrations with IT and vendors Ability analyze and synthesize data Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and execute plans based on guidance from team leaders Innovation starts with people.®
