Job description: Effectively work with an assigned SDR to assist you in pipeline development, focused on delivering KPIs Complete initial customer discovery meetings and deep dives, having approximately 30 highly focused customer meetings per month Attract key stakeholders, and most importantly the check writer, to each meeting. Ultimately to help the sales support "Solutions Team" write the customer business case Demonstrate and clearly differentiate our client's offerings, with focus on our clear and compelling value proposition Emphasis of the role is on consistently closing large ticket deals and is the key metric by which you will be measured Accurate sales forecast and delivery against substantial revenue targets Document plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system Qualifications 5 - 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience involved in complex solution sales Corporate LMS sales a major plus Deep understanding of learning and development (onboarding, training/retraining, skilling/upskilling, certifying) at the corporate level Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and closing new business Strong knowledge of MS or Google Office, Sales Acceleration Tools and Hubspot, and other business and sales software Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
