Job description

Qualifications:

Minimum:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience
  • 7 plus years of job related experience as IT business analyst with minimum 5 years of experience as Salesforce business analyst.
  • Good understanding of Utility/Energy Efficiency business processes and reporting needs.

Desired:

  • Strong communication, negotiation skills and presentation skills to handle business and technical teams

  • Knowledge and application of principles, concepts, and techniques related to business process design and IT systems development

  • Extensive participation in projects of high complexity or simultaneous participation in multiple projects of medium to high complexity in a leading role

  • Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels

  • Data migration from legacy to cloud based systems

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

  • Salesforce Certified administrator

  • Understand business process management and customers' business requirements
  • Improve business processes and support future business needs
  • Defining business reporting requirements from end users
