YOU'LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

• Serve as a Senior Business Analyst for the Rights & Deal Management product team delivering a Product that solves problems through web interfaces to deliver a new, innovative integrated service to our business users.
• Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders, properly prioritize features and creates comprehensive requirements for delivery team.
• Drives consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs.
• Document epics, features, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Use Agile best practices, as well as pragmatic ingenuity, to build requirements and stories with the primary goal of consistent incremental delivery of MVP and multi-phased product solutions.
• Work with multiple stakeholders - engineers, other product owners to create, iterate, maintain and communicate product roadmaps.
• Collaborate and coordinate across the music portfolio of products to drive and solve any dependencies (inter or intra)

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in ETL Development
• Experience working as, or with, Data Analysts
• Experience working with various SMEs across various workflows
• Knowledge of phases of Product development - concept, design, development, QA and UAT
• Must be an expert in use case analysis, workflows and process mapping
• Excellent communication skills and great listener
• Solid technical background in modern database and system architecture
• Prior experience working w/ modern DevOps practices and infrastructure
• Working understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies
• Experience working w/ AWS infrastructure and environments
