We are hiring a Receiving Clerk, for our 1st shift. The Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming materials and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming materials and supplies against Purchase Order for quantity, complete part numbers, and lot numbers
• Identify damaged freight and coordinate handling and/or return with Procurement Manager
• Receive and identify returned goods includinig quantity against RGA, temperature of shipment, and condition of material; coordinates handling of material with Customer Service
• Forward or deliver received materials and supplies to appropriate departments and locations
• Coordinate quarantine of received raw materials with QA Incoming Inspection
• Help shipping department when needed

Experience/ Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of receiving warehouse experience
• Ability to operate forklift, hand dollies, and company truck
• General understanding of cGMP
• Valid California Driver License and good driving record
