Job description

The Change Management Consultant will be responsiblefor applying change management, project management, organizational development,communication, and process improvement experience to build strategies for acceleratingchange adoption and engagement. The CMC will partner with teams on changes tobusiness processes, systems and technology, and job roles as well assignificant change projects. The ideal candidate will be a confident publicspeaker and experienced professional who is up-to-date on the latest methodologiesthat promote successful transformation. The consultant will also be responsiblefor helping with the coordination of some project timelines as well asassisting with data analysis.

Responsibilities

The Change Management Consultant works with departments throughout theorganization to build strategies for process improvement and successful projectmanagement and to sustain the learning, performance, diversity and engagementof Cottage Health employees.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required

• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• Three years progressive change management and/orproject management and/or human resources and/or organizational developmentexperience.

• Familiarity with adult learning, organizationaldevelopment theory/trends, and process improvement methodologies as well asperformance management processes and functions, including development andfacilitation of training sessions, teambuilding, coaching and mentoring,employee engagement, and culture development.

• Excellent networking and verbal and writtencommunication skills.

• Project management skills including the abilityto adapt to a changing environment.

• Certifications in Project Management preferred.

• Certified in AIM or other industry recognizedchange management certification preferred.
