Job description

Responsibilities

  • Translate business steps into documented workflow diagrams
  • Manage stakeholder relationships; understand business processes and work with the business unit and process architects to fill in gaps in the existing process library
  • Proactively identify business process documentation gaps and outdated information
  • Support business units with respect to data flow, and other process documentation related needs
  • Ensure end-to-end documentation through validating process and system integration with other teams, systems, solutions, and process steps
  • Ensure process tool support for business users
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of IT solutions and understand both upstream and downstream integration points
  • Provide input to the Business Operations and IT teams regarding improvements to business process systems and data needs
  • Work with business units to validate existing processes on a recurring schedule

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of directly related professional experience
  • Must have Salesforce exposure L2O or CPQ.
  • Proven experience with Visio, Lucid Charts (bonus if you know Signavio)
  • Experience in business process documentation, business process analysis, ability to translate disparate information into clear diagrams and/or documentation, and consistent track record of working across multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient use of standard business tools (word, excel, powerpoint,...)
  • Ability to proactively solve problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate competing facts with a positive attitude
  • Superb communication and presentation skills and the ability to filter and convey relevant information to the appropriate audience
  • Commitment to identifying and presenting innovative ideas to improve processes, tools, and performance
  • Ability to develop strong, trusting partnerships in a collaborative environment
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise business processes
  • Competent project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area.
