Executive Assistant to $100k Are you someone who can manage process and anticipate needs? Are you looking for a position that will offer the ability to work side-by-side with executives to enact change and help shape the companies future? If so, this is the position for you!
As the Executive Assistant, you will act as a master project manager and multi-tasker as you facilitate daily office operations, plan busy complex travel and ensure that all business needs are addressed. As well assisting Founding Partners family with personal scheduling as needed.
Responsibilities include:
-Making appointments and managing complex executive calendars.
-Scheduling meetings and conference calls, and assisting with preparing agendas and presentations.
-Organizing travel arrangements, preferably experience with heavy travel.
-Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with various business contacts.
-Drafting and editing documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Providing additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
-2+ years in a one-on-one support role to a high-level executive.
-Bi-Lingual in English and Korean
-Forward-thinking and able to juggle a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic, performance-driven setting.
-Ability to multitask and effectively balance competing deadlines while staying organized.
-Comfortable working alone with little guidance
-Excellent communication skills for frequent interaction with all staff levels
-Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
