Prisma Cloud, Renewals Manager role executing all phases of the renewal lifecycle and leading a team of Renewals Account Managers. Are you an exceptional player/coach? Do you have strong experience in SaaS renewals and management? In this role, you will have an assigned territory and manage a team of Renewals Account Managers.

As a Renewals Manager, you will lead a team of Renewals Account Managers in North America. You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training your team. You will strategize with your team to retain, expand, and upsell customers.

As a Prisma Cloud Renewals Manager, your team members are the primary point of contact for post-initial sales efforts including renewals, expansions, and upsells. You will support and mentor your team through all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle including notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, identifying upsell and expansion opportunities, and closing renewal opportunities in your territory.

YOUR IMPACT

* Ensure that all sales quota and management objectives are met
* Provide detailed forecast and feedback to management on behalf of your team
* Clearly understand all product offerings, subscription and renewal licensing models
* Collaborate with the Customer Success, Channel, and Sales teams to understand existing sales motions, identify special customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
