A software company that empowers businesses with robust solutions is seeking to hire multiple SaaS Business Development Executives to join their teams that are located in California, Chicago, and New York. In this role, the Executive will be tapping into Salesforce ecosystem, making connections with Salesforce AEs, building relationships and consulting as needed. Ultimately, an outstanding business development executive will serve as a subject matter expert and keep a close eye on clients' feedback to ensure that our products and services always exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Salesforce system to make connections, build relationships and enter into the pipeline to co-sell.
  • Present consulting services to AE's specific Salesforce needs and modules.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of SaaS experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed sales quotas
  • Collaborative team player with analytical and problem-solving approach
