OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Position:
The Office Administrator will oversee the daily administrative needs of the office and provide support to the executives of the company.
This full-time position is based in our downtown Santa Monica, California, office.
Requirements:
· Two or more years of relevant work experience in an executive support role.
· Strong computer proficiency. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks.
· Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast paced work environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with client service orientation.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and requests with varying priorities and deadlines.
· Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and approach to challenges with meticulous attention to detail.
· High level of integrity with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in a variety of situations including sensitive or confidential matters.
· Quick learner and a self-starter, who can work independently, take initiative, and employ a proactive approach to work including appropriate follow-through and the ability to think ahead and "connect the dots."
· Interest in a career in real estate and investing.
· Available to work both in the office and at home (as necessary for social distancing).
· Bachelor's degree, preferred but not required depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Assistant to the President. Manage meetings, events and travel itineraries.
· Coordinates special projects requiring research, prioritization, and follow up on incoming issues and determining appropriate course of action, referral or response.
· Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, and external partners.
· Bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, bill payment, and regular financial reporting.
· Assist with daily operations, office organization and special events.
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
· Management of executive owned rental properties, including investigating and resolving tenant complaints, maintaining records, and coordinating with contractors.
Compensation:
Compensation commensurate with experience. Full-time employees receive standard company benefits including a Simple IRA contribution match, cell phone allowance and health insurance reimbursement.
