Job description

Reporting to the Lead, IT Business Analyst, you as the Sr. IT Business Analyst will promote communication between our users, leaders, and the IT organization to provide technical solutions. You will analyze operations to determine opportunities to improve existing processes and user experience for Red Bull Distribution Company.RESPONSIBILITIES

* Promote Communication
* Manage communication pathways between IT, RBDC, solution vendors
* Facilitate interactions between the developers and process leads to insure that needs and expectations of users are communicated to technical staff
* Facilitate communication between RBDC and the solution vendors to get resolution of production tickets
* Contribute to technical conversations as part of the project team
* Support Team collaboration to manage new requests for data, requirements, or enhancements

* Lead Solutions
* Oversee the design, management, and improvement of Red Bull Distribution Company (RBDC) processes, analytics, and tools.
* Work with leaders and technical development teams to provide solutions for complex needs and ensure delivery of requirements.
* Lead solutions for complex requirements that fall outside of defined processes
* Drive process consistency across all areas
* Ensure relevant partners are involved in specification of new systems and major upgrades to existing systems
* Champion defined processes and manage change requests
* Understand overall system architecture and source systems to troubleshoot

* Project Management across IT
* Troubleshoot support issues in production environment
* Perform data mapping and cleansing activities
* Supervise systems to ensure compliance with users' requirements
* Prepare handover documentation and templates for cutover tasks
* Work with IT and our teams to prepare data required for cutover
* Document issues and triage tickets
* Monitor interfaces to ensure data transfers from core systems are reliable and accurate
* Understand overall system architecture and source systems to troubleshoot
* Work with technical team and business to prepare and implement test scripts

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

* 5+ years of relevant experience
* A firm understanding of technical architecture, application systems design and integration
* Exposure to Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and Distribution industries beneficial
* Experience working in SAP S4 HANA and full project implementations lifecycle beneficial
* Experienced project manager
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
* Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
* Travel up to: 10%
