VP-level Underwriter/Portfolio Manager will conduct credit underwriting and portfolio management of diverse debt solutions for middle-market companies that are private or publicly owned.
Transactions include: (i) LBO Financing, (ii) Acquisition Financing, (iii) Debt Refinancing, and (iv) Recapitalizations.
Responsibilities include:
(i) Working with potential borrowers, due diligence consultants, other Lenders, and internal teams to optimally structure, approve and close new business opportunities
(ii) Analyzing detailed business and financial information of prospects and portfolio accounts
(iii) Producing and presenting transaction approval documents
(iv) Building detailed financial/cash flow projection models
(v) Performing valuation analyses, (vi) conducting independent industry research studies
(vii) Managing accounts post close
Manage, mentor, and closely supervise the work products of one or more Sr.Analyst/Associates and thoughtfully help their professional development
Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework and 7-10 years of relevant middle market through mid-corporate credit experience; formal credit training program is desired, but not required
