Job Description:
- Wonderful Orchards is searching for a Business Systems Analyst to support its existing implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite.
- This position will provide end user desk-side support and system troubleshooting, assist with patch testing and administration, manage user and approval hierarchies, as well as other duties to keep the system and integrations working. They will represent the interests of the business and work with internal sponsors, end-users, and IT to manage processes and technology supporting our financial systems.
- Our Oracle E-Business Suite implementation includes AP, AR, CE, FA, GL, INV and PO modules, along with interfaces, workflow customizations, third-party reporting and data loading tools, extensions related to stock issue transactions and requisitioning, as well as integration with a fleet asset management system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist subject matter experts in their role of providing first level support to end users, second level support (researching issues not resolved by first level), and engaging with third level support (vendor support).
- Identify, prioritize, and document specifications for enhancements to processes, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
- Define test cases to validate system changes, enhancements, and upgrades. Manage the execution of these test cases to completion.
- Communicate the progress and impact of current work items to internal and external stakeholders and IT resources.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of issues in enterprise applications.
- Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communications.
- Coordinate patching and other software, server, and database administration tasks with IT and offshore management operations (does not require technical proficiency but must be able to request support and work with the appropriate technical support teams).
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Strongly familiar and experienced with financial systems, business processes, and analysis.
- Able to manage self and engage with management staff, subject matter experts, and end users to timely and successful complete tasks.
- ERP system implementation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with project management principles.
- Familiar with Enterprise Asset Management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Oracle EBS 12.1 technology stack, and specifically with the AP, AR, CE, FA, GL, INV and PO modules (does not require technical proficiency, but rather functional understanding).
- Relevant education and industry certification
- Bilingual English / Spanish
