Job description
SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced electronic Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Lead who
oversees planning and executing the direct-to-consumer. This position is within the
retail/delivery business unit, with responsibilities including scheduling, coaching, policy
formulation, daily real-time delivery operations oversight, inventory management and
processing, picking and packing, and other tasks to support management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty
satisfactorily.
• Oversee all online activities for the brand, including advertising, marketing, and web
maintenance.
• Develop new acquisition programs to drive awareness, engagement, and new customers
to the brand.
• Consistently monitor and evaluate competitive and industry trends; translate into
innovative, and relevant product as well as site recommendations and enhancements to
influence in-season optimization and future season strategies.
• Oversee Fulfillment of customer orders made online.
• Manage all sites online including Amazon.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or relevant field (Marketing/Branding) preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in the related area.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)
• Strong Direct to Consumer (D2C and B2C) digital marketing demand generation
knowledge using direct response media, SEM, SEO, Video / Content Marketing,
educational long form emails, email automation, data analytics, online sales funnel
optimization, CRO, testing for building lists that convert in to sales.
• B2C, B2B, Wholesales, Affiliates, Partners, Sales & Marketing, PR, Events, Supplier
Management and Indirect hires such as freelance.
• Pays attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and
develop other leaders.
• Ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry
systems.
