The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This position is further responsible for liaising with HQ sales team to execute business strategies to meet sales performance goals.

Responsibilities

l Develop and cultivate strong business relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the FMCG industry

l Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

l Conduct market research to analyze the competitiveness of the company products;

l Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed sales target.

l Leverage available resources to effectively generate sales.

l Produce and maintain market information relevant to territory. Reporting competitor's activity and new potentials on the market.

l Coaching and mentoring new BD members and provide support as needed. Control the expense and budgeting the promotion cost.

l Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

l Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably FMCG industry.

l Excellent and proven sales and business development track records in the industry;

l Excellent written and verbal communication skills

l Ability to assemble, manage, motivate and influence clients.

l Ability to excel in an environment of high autonomy to produce business results.

l Knowledge of legislation and regulation requirements of Household consumer goods in USA.

l Displays a high of level of passion, energy, excitement and intensity

l Strong can-do attitude and self-motivation.


Salary is open to negotiation based on the experience of the candidate.
