Now hiring an internal experienced Bilingual Recruiter / Placement Specialist for our Stockton, CA office.. This is a full time position with benefits. If you like helping people, this is a great career for you!

Working as a Recruiting Specialist allows you to challenge yourself to achieve both individual goals and team goals as you work together to make the best employment placements. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to enter Human Resources.

Responsibilities:
· Source, recruit, screen and place ads (full cycle recruitment).
· Periodically visits clients
· Assist with payroll data entry for clients; must be savvy with MS Excel.
· Fill open Warehouse, Admin job orders in a timely manner.
· Answering phones and greeting applicants who enter the office.
· Following policies, processes and procedures such as rules and regulations pertaining to E-verify system, proper I-9 documentation, etc.
· Administer all paperwork required in the recruiting process.(Pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests).
· Customer service with existing clients while exploring new business opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have the following skills, abilities, and/or experience:
· Bilingual Spanish/ English skills
· Able to work after normal business hours via cell/laptop when urgent business needs arise
· Detailed oriented, well organized with excellent communication skills
· Strong skills in sourcing and networking
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must be able to work independently as well as work in a team environment
· Reliable transportation is required and valid drivers license
· Must have an outgoing, friendly, positive attitude
