Title: Business Development Manager

Location: San Diego - Remote

Package: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus and benefits

The Client: JBAndrews is partnering with a rapidly growing company dedicated to their mission of make quality diagnostic technologies with a focus on developing next-generation, rapid, point-of-care devices and technologies that will transform the way of patient diagnoses.

Our client is looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the Point of Care diagnostics industry to join their team. This individual will be responsible for increasing revenue, growing relationships with customers and growing the market, in line with the goals of the company.

The Role:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Think and work strategically to carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
• Develop new business plans
• Define and execute new sales campaigns and sales pipelines to increase business revenue
• Integrate personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns and exhibitions.
• carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management/the board of directors.
• Work collaboratively with different departments

Requirements:

· Proven track record of Business development success

· At least 3-6 years' experience in demonstrated success in a POC business development.

· High level of drive and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively

· B2B sales background in an environment where you've overachieved your targets consistently.

· Degree in a relevant scientific subject, i.e Biology or Chemistry

· Excellent communication and influencing skills.

· Willingness to travel when necessary to fulfil the role.
