Location: Austin or SCV - remote 50-60 % of the time
LOA: 3 months (300 hours)
Process: 2 interviews with team (possibly will include his manager and someone from the global security team)

      • Understand the current Global Security technology suite
      • Conduct web-based or in-person workshops to collect the business requirements for new tools
      • Deliver documentation including...
        • Notes, diagrams, and conceptual mappings from the workshops
      • Research technology options for delivering on the business requirements
      • Conduct a short evaluation of the technology options with the Global Security Team and facilitate the selection of a path forward
      • Generate a scope, schedule, and budget for licensing and deploying the selected technology
      • Develop a roadmap for funding, designing, and deploying the selected solution
• This work is expected to take approximately 300 hours over 8-10 weeks.
• The ideal candidate will have experience gathering business requirements and asking tough questions to iron out a proposed technology solution scope. They will have strong written and verbal skills, be able to organize workshop discussions into notes and sketches in real-time. They will have experience doing software market research. They will be able to synthesize many sources of data into concise written reports. They will have authorization to work in the United States and to travel on-site if necessary. Domain knowledge of physical security (not application security) and threat modeling is a plus.
