Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business System Analyst
Job Title: Business System Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 95051
Duration: 12 Months
• Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce
• Responsible for matching business process and automation requirements to the capabilities of Salesforce
• Translate business requirements into well design Salesforce solutions that best leverage the platforms
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client*s business objectives
• Ability to leverage out of the box Salesforce features vs. custom development for business requirements.
• Partner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for Customer Success Platform
• Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points
• Hands-on configuration experience on SFDC Platform
• Engagement with Release management to plan for Incident, Change Management as needed for each initiative and support business operations.
• Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT (system administrators and development
• Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and helps in prioritizing opportunities to improving processes through the usage of Business capability matrix (BCM)
• Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
• Independently draft business requirements (user requirements) on different opportunities working with business teams and drive closure on these requirements as per project demands.
• Conduct QA validations and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), RT tests on various initiatives.
• Conduct training to new team members, Create and maintain documentation on business process and functional documentations.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business (Masters/MBA preferred), Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Partner relationship applications/communities, and Force.com
• Experience working with business end users, gathering requirements and building detailed functional design specifications
• Knowledge in SFDC and it's connected systems integrations and interfaces.
• Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
