Sherlock Plumbing Heating and Air is seeking a full-time Residential Plumber to join our team. The ideal Residential Plumber should have excellent communication and customer skills, take pride in their work and possess a minimum of 5 years' Residential Plumber experience. NO ON CALL!

Primary Tasks for Residential Plumber:

? Evaluate customer's needs and provide solutions to fit their unique needs

? Communicate effectively with customers while delivering excellent customer service

? Drains, cabling, jetting, sewer, waste, vent, gas, water pipe replacement inside and under buildings with the ability to crawl under houses and crawl in attics the ability and willingness to dig with a shovel , pumps of all kinds, faucets, slab leaks, water heaters and anything else that comes within the scope of a Residential Service Plumber.

Qualifications for Residential Plumber:

? Minimum 5 years' Residential Plumber experience

? HVAC Experience a plus but not required

? Problem solving and listening skills

? Excellent communication skills

? Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field

? Must be able to lift 75 lbs., carry ladders, tools, and work in small crawl spaces

? Must comply with all safety standards, policies and procedures

? Prior sales experience preferred

? Bilingual in Spanish preferred

? Must have valid driver's license

? Must pass background screening
