Job Description
Under general supervision, assists Site Operations team with data collection, processing, validation and verification. Prepares and completes contractual required reports. Creates and updates project presentations. Administrative skills required to include but not limited to effective planning and organization of meetings with agendas.
Responsibilities
Abide by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and supports outcome metrics.
Tactically supports the responsibilities of Property that impact the Aero site's business system compliance, which affects the ability of the site to qualify, perform, and invoice Government contracts.
Actively supports the sites Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, and Self-Assessment requirements in accordance with the Property Outcomes and Requirements identified within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
Supports Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.
Actively builds relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.
Supports the tracking and compilation of metric data and Property Management Self-Assessment data.
Supports cross functional groups to assure Property Compliance
Actively participates with site stakeholders to implement process changes affecting cross functional groups.
Tactically supports the requirements identified within the sites Statement Of Work (SOW).
Tactically supports multiple local contracts under delegated authority with multiple functions that contribute to services of Global Asset Management (GAM) for Aerospace.
Supports implementation and execution of multiple contracts.
Strong organizational skills and experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1
Metrics and Logs data extraction
Support extraction data and communicate information to determine if metric is on the right path in meeting the goal or to identify proactive actions before metrics are due. This will be done by the following:
Provide Outcome operational data prior to metrics due date with GPSM at the Torrance
Improve communication to all Torrance GAM employees to act (as required) to prevent an issue from happening, support update of communication plan
Proactive support and maintaining record accuracy, focusing GAM Torrance actions on positive outcome of all metrics and logs, coordinate with site GPSM.
Contract Master Tool
Develop, gather, and compile Contract data via SAP and various systems for Torrance
Support all required data elements via the CMT report
Validate data reliability and trustworthiness throughout the property lifecycle
Ensure an adequate audit trail, contract system integration work across sites
Communication on partial or final Contract Property Closeout
Alerts GPSM and team of Contract POP end date reaching 90 days
Sustainability
PCARSS Upload
Coordinate with GAM commodity owner prior to submission
Ability to learn to create delimited flat files for submission to PCARSS
Modify and sustain PCARSS data entries as required
Support and coordinate disposition and Sales
Supports potential PCARSS withdrawals
Supports and coordinate method of disposition
Update shipping and disposition data
Coordinate Property Contract Closeout and relief of stewardship (ROS)
Update CMT
Inventory Updates and Reconciliation
Supports and generate Property Inventory listing, as required
Support and coordinate the Physical Inventory activities
Create and track Inventory burndown progress (start to finish)
Required Education and Experience
BS degree preferred with 2 or more years of progressive experience.
In lieu of formal education, 6 years of related experience.
Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail
Required Skills
Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, eQuip and SAP
Experienced in maintaining records of Government, Engineering, and ISC
Experienced in collecting data and supporting metrics, contract tool, PCARSS tool, custodian/coordinator listing, inventory tracking and support.
Ability to support internal and external customers i.e., Audits, customer information requests, fact findings, etc.
