Do you have a passion for recruiting? Do you have a knack for developing recruiting solutions?

ActOne is looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategist responsible for the design, delivery, and leadership of company-wide recruiting programs and processes critical to a consistent and quality pipeline of applicants. This is not a recruiting position.

To do this, you must be obsessive about solving problems, being innovative, and committed to building the most effective and inclusive recruiting strategies ever.

  • Be the subject matter expert in recruiting best practices and assist in the creation of training solutions. Best practices include mastery in the use of recruiting tools like Resume Search Databases and LinkedIn and practical communication methodologies.
  • Create targeted recruiting solutions for specialty positions or geographies. Campaigns can include the use of PPC, organizing interviewing events, creating email referral campaigns, facilitating resume coaching webinars, and more; based on your ability to be innovative and proactive
  • Track and report on recruitment KPI's and analyze data to improve sourcing and recruiting results.
  • Conduct market research, identifying competitive advantages, best practices, and new solutions, documenting and communicating overall recommendations.
  • Oversee job ad content creation, including template design and training communications
  • Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure vital recruitment planning and adjust campaigns and job fairs to align with changing business requirements.
  • Manage sourcing vendors, recruiter utilization, and budgets to improve candidate quality and ROI.
  • Collaborate and advise on improvements to the applicant tracking system (OA Net)
  • Champion the candidate experience by collaborating to improve an inclusive application experience, sourcing search tactics, candidate communications, and process automation.


Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Recruiting, Talent Development or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to be a hands-on creator of written materials
  • Experienced user of social recruiting platforms (ie; LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Experienced user of digital recruiting platforms (ie; Career Builder/Indeed)
  • Experienced in conceptualizing, creating, delivering and measuring a recruitment related solution
  • Proficient and enjoyment using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in a continually changing business environment
  • Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices
  • Strong sense of urgency to drive projects to completion
  • Must be an avid learner with a passion for acquiring new knowledge and information
  • Must be able to be autonomous and work independently while also being a team player and communicative with reliable follow-through
  • Results and detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize a wide array of tasks

The preferred location is Torrance, CA, but remote work may be an option.
