**Kelly Services is seeking a Professional Recruiter for one of our largest accounts located in the Torrance, CA area!!!**

**Job Title:** Professional Recruiter

**Location:** Torrance, CA (Virtual and Onsite)

**Type:** Temporary - Long Term

**Pay:** $29-$38/hr.

**Schedule** : 7:30am-4pm

**Estimated Amount of Overtime** :

+ 5-7 hours per week

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

This position is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate management for entry level and / or experienced related openings. Responsibilities may be based on local, regional, or North American recruiting strategy / initiatives.

**Daily Tasks:**

+ Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals.

+ Track and report key metrics designed to measure effectiveness of staffing activities.

+ Provide recruiting guidance and expertise to assigned customers and hiring managers.

+ Utilize Taleo applicant tracking system to manage positions and candidates.

**Required Skills:**

+ Associates degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum 5 years' experience in high volume recruiting

+ Knowledge related to staffing, recruitment, interviewing methods and processes.

+ Understanding of laws and regulations related to staffing and recruitment.

**Desired Skills:**

+ Strong communication, planning, organization skills.

+ Able to handle high volume recruiting and can work overtime as necessary.

+ Must be flexible to changing priorities and detail oriented.

+ Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
