As a Bilingual HR Assistant (Vietnamese/English), you will handle a variety of staff-related administrative tasks, as well as provide support to the HR Department and employees regarding human resources-related activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site training at our store locations around the Bay Area; on-site training includes, new hire orientation, HCM, payroll/benefits program, safety compliance, and other HR function-related training
• Assist in arranging and organizing corporate employee development training, and/or compliance training (e.g. food safety, sexual harassment prevention, and forklift operator, etc.)
• Maintain training records and certifications; keep track of certification expiration dates
• Perform essential administrative functions and other HR-related assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required
• 1 year of HR-related experience preferred
• Bilingual in Vietnamese and English is required
• Spanish or Chinese is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication and good people skills
• Work proficiency of Microsoft Office suits/Google G-suits
• Willing to travel for work (the bay area, Oregon, and Washington State)
• Must have a legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
