Retail Service Associate - Full Time (Union City, California)

A big telecommunications company (Great Place To Work) is currently looking for a Retail Service Associate in Union City, CA area! Seeking candidates with customer skills, enjoys working with calls and using technology!

This position requires the candidates to be responsible for:

• Provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services and is a go-to resource who supports the store team in the front and back of store
• Provide top-level service and support to our customers and co-workers alike
• Responsible for stocking, helping with cycle counts, setting up displays and assisting the sales rep and/or manager with other tasks as needed.
• This is not a Sales position. The Retail Service Associate is a key operational member of the team that will spend time supporting leadership and colleagues to make sure the store runs efficiently.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, variable schedule(s) and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to carry and lift up to 30-pound boxes, stand and move about the store constantly.
• Must have customer service experience

Base Pay: $16.13
