• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent
• Highly proficient with working with large-scale, complex data sets & models.
• Basic understanding of software design, underlying architecture and ability to work with technical staff on support and troubleshooting.
• Understanding data modeling concepts & experience
• Previous experience with requirements gathering process & documentation (across various functions)
• Able to identify and resolve conflicting requirements issues early on when all across impacted stakeholders.
• Productivity & Collaboration Tools 0365, SharePoint a Plus, JIRA or similar (Jira/Admin a plus)
• Excellent communicator & active listener (Conversational & Written) a must.
• Must be able to take in on the spot feedback and clearly re-articulate useful statements of requirements to draw consensus from business sessions
• Wire-frames tools and SQL skills a plus.
• Exceptional organization skill & time management skills.
• Proactive - Must be able to track & follow-up on multiple deliverables across levels.
• Experienced expectations manager/ status reporter.
