We are hiring skilled Manufacturing Associates to join our Operations Team

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will help our customers Feel Good and Live Well by working with your team members to assemble our industry-leading Endless Pools®, Hot Spring® Spas, and other brands. You will have the opportunity to expand your skills and stay engaged by learning a variety of different tasks. We currently have openings on both 1st and 2nd shift!

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

* Do you enjoy building? You will assemble and/or install components on our spas or aquatic fitness products. These tasks, including assembly of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical parts, as well as other associated duties such as cleaning and painting, will require some precision and specialized skills.

* Do you thrive on seeing the impact of your work? In this role, you will work on a busy production line, where you will have the opportunity to see how your work directly contributes to a beautiful, high-end final product.

* Are you detailed? An attention to quality will be important, as your tasks may include assembling or packaging components, sorting, checking, and packaging materials, and/or performing final inspections of products to ensure our customers will be satisfied!

* Are you skilled with tools? In this position, your duties will require you to use a variety of handheld and/or stationary tools and jigs, such as drills, saws, utility knives, hammers, hose cutters, wrenches, gauges, ratchets, and/or air and nail guns.

* Do you enjoy working with your hands? You will position parts in specified openings and glue, screw or bolt them in place. You will be performing physical work such as manipulating different parts, working on your feet, and lifting or moving items.

WHAT YOU BRING

* 6 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience using hand tools and other machinery is preferred.

* Strong communication skills and a strong ability to work in a team environment

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety policies and rules, owner's operating manual, and service procedure manuals.

* Must be able to work M-F and one Saturday per month and/or when additional overtime is needed.

The employee must frequently lift and move 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.

RESPONSABILIDADES

* Ensambla y/o instala componentes que requieren precisión y ciertas destrezas, incluyendo el montaje en banco de piezas de plomería, eléctricas o mecánicas. Realiza otros trabajos de ensamble de rutina básicos según sea necesario, como de limpieza y pintura.

CUALIFICACIONES

* 6 meses de experiencia y/o capacitación relacionada o una combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.

* Para tener éxito en este puesto, se requieren excelentes habilidades de comunicación y una sólida capacidad de trabajar en un entorno de equipo.
