About the Position...

The IT Business Systems Analyst is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities.

The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting all bank personnel with IT related issues, password resets and other requests. This position is also responsible for adding, updating and deleting all user system access for our various systems, and for documenting that access and gaining appropriate approvals. The IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the Business Resumption and Contingency Planning annual process including testing, reviewing, updating and maintaining the policies, training, and other duties as defined in the policy. Acts as an expert in the business units supported, as well as, an understanding of the IT organizations systems and capabilities. The IR Business Systems Analyst will perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently and according to bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. The IT Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for various IT related daily and monthly tasks as defined by the Director of Information Technology and for assisting the Director of Information Technology and the Chief Operating Officer with other duties and projects as requested.

Education/Certification: Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent background in Information Security and Business Management disciplines.

Required Knowledge: Understanding of current technology and regulatory trends affecting financial institution information security programs. Knowledge of information technology. Knowledge of application security.

Experience Required: Five years of previous experience in technology and information security plus 2-5 years of previous banking experience.
