Job description

Immediate job opportunity for Banking Customer Specialist in Chatsworth, CA.

TSC Customer Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Answer member questions regarding Credit Union services
  • Opening and closing accounts
  • Respond to secured emails and live chats
  • Ordering checks and process debit card orders, mail and wire requests
  • Identify member needs and cross sell products and services

Experience
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a member/customer facing environment.
* Experience working in a financial institution call center or branch office strongly preferred.
* Experience working with account management and transaction processing software is required.

Education/Certifications/Licenses
High school graduate or equivalent

Interpersonal Skills
* Excellent communications and public relations skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure.

Other Skills
* Ability to use a personal computer and related software applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong writing skills.
* General knowledge of credit union policies and procedures.
* General understanding of credit union products and services.
