Your Opportunity:
Charles Schwab's Retail TDA Integration team is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end experience for Retail clients transitioning from TD Ameritrade to Schwab. This includes broad leadership over integration strategy, client and rep experience, and day-to-day management and coordination of integration efforts. Major workstreams include Retail client experience, Retail rep experience, and implementation of pre-conversion changes to policies, products, and capabilities.

What you are good at:
This Director will support the development and strategic execution of client experiences supporting the integration of TDA Retail clients to Schwab. This role is charged with delivering high impact contributions across a range of "high-stakes" strategic deliverables for the integration.

The Director will have the opportunity to lead a small team and mobilize resources as appropriate. They will build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab's businesses. This individual must be a self-starter and a thought leader, approaching issues with a client-first mentality and leading stakeholders through structured decision-making processes. The individual must be able to manage multiple programs, prioritize resources effectively, cultivate strong partnerships, and influence others outside their immediate team to execute on decisions made.

What you have:
8+ years of work experience in strategy and/or client experience execution work required

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred or equivalent post-MBA experience

High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability developing materials and effectively presenting information

Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail

Expert user of PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to effectively guide / train team

Personally and professionally aligned with Schwab's vision and values, and a strong interest in financial services
