Your Opportunity:
The BTS Infrastructure & Program Support organization within the Schwab Banking & Trust Services (BTS) team, partners with teams across the firm to support key business partners and product owners. The BTS Infrastructure & Program Support team is responsible for protecting and safeguarding BTS while continuing to increase scalability and efficiency through platforms, program support, access management and data governance.
Within BTS Infrastructure & Program Support, the Program Support team is a multi-functional group that uses expertise in project management, organizational change, process improvement, program management, systems design, and regulatory exam management.
As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, prioritizing, and solving sophisticated problems while collaborating with business, technology, and other partners to deliver solutions that provide value for BTS and our business partners. SharePoint development, design and integration expertise are critical to success in this position.

What you are good at:
Acting as a SME for all aspects of SharePoint Online and Office 365 with experience using add-ons including Power Apps, Power Automate, BI's, SQL coding and integrating SharePoint with enterprise systems and applications
Collecting, documenting, and validating business requirements, process flows, user testing strategies, translating functional requirements to technical requirements, and identifying scalable solutions
Collaborating with multi-functional teams and end-users to create solutions that deliver value in supporting roadmaps and future-state vision
Working with leaders and the business to drive successful implementations of process redesign initiatives
Leading multiple projects and meeting target dates
Coordinating development, testing, and implementation of solutions with vendors as needed
Identifying technology and design issues, coordinating team members, and driving resolution across multiple teams and partners
Designing customized reporting for business metrics, Key Performance Indicators and dashboards
Being a standout colleague and working with teammates on multi-functional projects with various SME expertise provided by others to successfully complete higher-scale projects
What you have:
This role requires a highly motivated, organized, and experienced business-focused individual with a demonstrable record of delivery in a constantly evolving environment.
Demonstrable Subject Matter Expertise in SharePoint design and programming is required, expertise in SharePoint Designer and InfoPath highly desirable
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 and its functionality within Teams and SharePoint is required
SQL, BI, Tableau, Jira, and Confluence skills in conjunction with SharePoint; highly desirable
7 + years of experience as a Business Analyst or Program/Project Manager with a track record of delivering innovative and strategic business process requirements and data-related solutions required, preferably in the financial services industry
Solid experience and understanding of Agile in developing epics, themes, user examples, supplementary requirements, and business rules; highly desirable
Strong analytics and process engineering background; certification in a process improvement or project management field (Six Sigma, PMP, Lean, etc.) is preferred
Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate issues and to craft appropriate solutions
Ability to articulate new process features and capabilities in clear use cases
Good interpersonal, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making, and conflict resolution skills
Exceptional ability to multi-task, change directions and shift between projects and initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with vendor management systems such as Ariba and Open Pages is highly desirable but not required
Experience working with Policy Hub and Control Hub is a plus but not required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Colorado Compensation
Target Total Compensation - 101,400 - 165,400.
