CEM Sales & Service, a commercial swimming pool company located in Sheridan servicing the Rocky Mountain region since 1984, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team (full-time position with benefits).

Brief Position Overview:

· Service technicians are responsible for responding to customer's service requests and for installation of mechanical and chemical treatment equipment. Technicians install and service pumps, filtration systems, chemical control systems, water heaters, ultra violet treatment systems, and much more. The position is full-time and includes benefits.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

· Full comprehension of operation and technical aspects of equipment sold by CEM, including pool water chemistry & water balance parameters

· Respond to service request via phone, email, and onsite visits

· Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment

· Complete and submit paperwork for tracking and billing purposes

· Operate vehicle in a safely manner and care for company equipment

· Build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirement

· High level of integrity and work ethic; High degree of professionalism with self-motivation

· Team oriented, hard-working with positive attitude

· Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position

· Strong mechanical abilities

· Travel is required (throughout Colorado and Wyoming to visit customers; also, equipment manufacturers hold periodic service trainings all across the country)(overnight stays may be required)

· Lifting of items up to 100 pounds

· Normal working hours are 7AM-4PM Monday through Friday (position does encounter overtime especially during the summer months…longer days and Saturdays as needed)

· Computer literacy required (also ability to work with a smartphone and tablet)

· Valid Colorado driver's license and clear DMV record
